Iain Farnsworth was born in the inauspicious surroundings of south Manchester in 1981. He gained a degree in Music from Kingston University in 2003, and has since enjoyed a career in the creative and marketing industries. From 2006, he worked in the TV industry as a sound engineer and producer, creating short-form promotions for various TV networks around the world. Since 2014, he's worked in marketing for the UK Government and Transport for London, including managing campaigns for Universal Credit and Santander Cycles.
Iain is a multi-faceted designer, bring his training and experience as a sound engineer, video editor, producer and marketer into his work. His projects have included brand identity for orchestras and tech start-ups, typesetting and book design for publishers, and motion graphics for public sector organisations. He has a passion for precise typography, decent whisky and Shostakovich.
He lives in Catford, south east London with his wife and two sons, and a haughty Russian cat, Olyonka.
